-Procedure text: 
    -Contains information about how to do, make,or use something completely.
    -General structure : Title, Ingridients, Instructions or steps
    -Language feature : imperative, adverb of sequence.
-Explanation text:
    -Contains information about how something id done completely.
    -General structure : Title,General statement,  Sequenced of explanation.
    -Language feature : 
          1. Simple present tense
          2. Adverb clause of reason
          3. Adverb clause of result.
          4. Passive voice
          5. Chronological connection

=> The Simmiliarity:
       The simmiliarity is the two texts is that both contain a description of "how" something happened, both of which also discuss something that is not fiction and its a  facts.

My Procedure Text~

Title :     How to make Capcay


Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, roughly slice
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled, washed
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 leeks, sliced about 1 cm
  • 3 cabbage leaves, sliced
  • 8 tablespoons full of tomato sauce
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions or steps:
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato sauce, little bit pepper and water. Stir well. Allow to boil.
  3. Add all the vegetables and stir well. Put the lid on. Cook for about 2 minutes or until vegetables half cooked.
  4. Stir until the sauce thickens and vegetables cook, but still green and crunchy (no more than 2 minutes)
  5. Taste, add salt or pepper if needs to.
  6. Serve with white rice or can be enjoyed by itself.

Title : How I Make My Favorite Food, Capcay?

General statement:

Capcay is stir-fried vegetables with meat or seafood with thick sauce. This easy-to-make vegetable stir fry can be a healthy dish of your choice any time. Capcay can also be served without meat or seafood, this is according to your taste. Lets see how to make capcay.

Sequenced of explanation:

First, heat the oil in a frying pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. The add tomato sauce, little bit pepper and water.  stir well and allow to boil.

When it boils, add all the vegetables . Put the lid on and cook for about 2 minutes or until vegetables half cooked. Stir until the sauce thickens and the vegetables cook but still green and crunchy.

Don't forget to taste the capcay so it's not too bland or too salty. When the taste is right and is rip, the Capcay is ready to be served. This dish is perfect to be enjoyed when the weather is cold
